I treat the following diseases

Services

In my practice in Stuttgart, the focus is on the individual. My approach is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), which views the body and mind as one. Instead of just treating individual symptoms, I look for the underlying causes of your complaints. This philosophy stems from my own story: After suffering from migraines for years, I found lasting relief through acupuncture.

With over 16 years of practical experience, my aim is to restore the harmonious interaction of all bodily functions and activate your self-healing powers. This holistic approach has proven effective for a wide range of complaints, which I divide into the following main areas:

Making movement possible again

Pain relief and promotion of movement

The treatment of pain is one of the greatest strengths of traditional Chinese medicine. Whether the pain is acute or chronic, the aim is always to provide lasting relief by treating the actual cause.

Migraine: A complex disorder that goes far beyond headaches and often manifests itself in nausea, sensitivity to light or cold hands. The therapy is highly individualized and is based on a precise pulse and tongue diagnosis.

Headaches: Whether dull, stabbing or pressing – we look for the root of the pain to help you permanently.

Other types of pain: back pain, sciatica, joint wear and tear, rheumatic diseases and frozen shoulder.

For treatment, I mainly use acupuncture and, in the case of muscular tension, cupping to release blockages and promote blood circulation.

Treatments for pain and restricted mobility:

  • Migraine
  • Headaches and general pain
  • Rheumatic diseases
  • Joint wear and tear
  • Knee and back pain
  • Sciatica
  • Frozen Shoulder

Care for body and soul

Women's health and the desire to have children

The female cycle is a sensitive system which, in TCM, is closely linked to the free flow of Qi (vital energy) and blood. An imbalance can lead to a variety of complaints, which we can treat in a targeted manner.

  • Premenstrual syndrome (PMS): Symptoms such as mood swings, a feeling of fullness or breast tenderness indicate a stagnation of Qi and blood, which we bring back into flow with acupuncture.
  • Menstrual pain: Cramps are often caused by stagnation or “coldness in the uterus”. Warming moxibustion (mugwort therapy) is particularly helpful here.
  • Menopausal symptoms: Hot flushes, sleep disorders or inner restlessness are often signs of a declining “kidney essence”. This can be nourished and strengthened through Chinese medicinal therapy.
  • Unfulfilled desire to have children: TCM can support fertility in a natural way by improving blood circulation in the uterus, regulating the menstrual cycle and reducing stress.

Breathe freely, live clearly

Allergies and respiratory diseases

Allergies, asthma and neurodermatitis often originate from an overreaction of the immune system to harmless “intruders” such as pollen or various proteins in food.

Treatment with acupuncture and Chinese herbal therapy can help to alleviate inflammatory processes and calm the immune system.

In addition to acupuncture and herbs, warming procedures such as moxa and cupping are also frequently used here.

Health begins on the inside

Digestion and metabolism

A healthy digestive system is the basis for the well-being of the entire body. Chronic stress, poor diet or emotional stress can disrupt this delicate balance.

  • Internal and gastroenterological complaints: Gastritis, irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.
  • Endocrinological diseases: Support for diabetes and thyroid dysfunction.

Chinese medicinal therapy is a central component in strengthening the function of the digestive organs and restoring inner balance.

Holistic view for mental clarity

Neurological diseases

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) offers effective treatment approaches for neurological disorders such as neuralgia, neuropathy or symptoms of paralysis following a stroke.

Find your way to inner balance

Mental health and general well-being

In TCM, the body and psyche are inextricably linked. Emotional imbalances can block the flow of energy and lead to physical symptoms – and vice versa.

Mental health: depression, anxiety, psychosomatic complaints.

General state of health: States of exhaustion, burnout and sleep disorders.

Acupuncture has a deeply relaxing effect on the nervous system, helping to calm the mind and restore inner peace.
