What is cupping therapy?

Cupping therapy is a traditional method of treatment in Chinese medicine, but is also used in traditional Arabic medicine.

Medical cupping glasses are applied to the body using negative pressure generated by a small pump. This achieves a strong blood flow to the muscles. This relaxes the muscles and the connective tissue surrounding the muscles, the so-called fascia, is stretched and harmful shortenings are released.

  • Promotes blood circulation: Supports blood circulation and can help with various physical complaints.
